Pre-order policy

With a pre-order you reserve a product before it's officially released. That way you're sure to be among the first to get the newest booster boxes, ETBs and other TCG products. Pre-order products are marked with a label on the product page.

You pay immediately when placing the pre-order. This guarantees that the product is reserved for you. The full amount is charged at once.

Pre-order items are shipped as soon as they're available, on or shortly after the official release date. You'll receive an email with track & trace as soon as your order is on its way.

If you combine both pre-order and regular products in one order, the entire order is shipped once all products are available. Want to receive the regular products sooner? Then place two separate orders.

Pre-orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the expected release date. To do so, contact us at [email protected]. After cancellation the full amount is refunded within 5 working days.

If the price of a pre-order product drops before the release date, you automatically pay the lower price. The difference is refunded to your account. That way you're sure you always pay the best price.
